About the Club
The Carroll Kennel Club meets the fourth Tuesday of Odd Months (January, March, May, July, September) at the Carroll County Agricultural Center on Smith Avenue in Westminster Maryland.
The Carroll Kennel Club welcomes
dog owners interested
in representing breeders and exhibitors in the immediate area.
This club's objective is to advance the best interest
of pure bred dogs; and to encourage and educate the public in their value.
To conduct sanctioned matches, dog shows and obedience trials under the
rules of the American Kennel Club (AKC). To foster and maintain among
ourselves a warm friendship and the highest degrees of sportsmanship and
integrity.
